Iris is a bay grade pony mare that stands at 12.3 hh. Iris is a cute, stout little gal that came to us through NMLB as a stray. Iris stands for the vet and farrier, loads in the trailer quietly, and enjoys being brushed. She is solid when ridden in the arena but needs more evaluating out on the trail.
Needs Intermediate Rider: Horse is still in need of some training; easy to saddle; little to no warm-up needed; shows consistency; starting to tolerate rider errors; knows basic horsemanship cues; periodically needs rider support (rein, leg, seat aids) to maintain speed/direction/cadence/posture.
