Victoria came to us as a stray through NMLB emaciated and with some old injuries. Now at a healthy weight, we have been able to get to know her a bit. She has an old fracture to her left hind fetlock that healed misaligned causing some mechanical lameness but is otherwise comfortable. She is a little shy with new people at first, but once her trust is earned, she is personable and enjoys being brushed. Victoria would do best in a home with plenty of space and mild temperament, similar-aged horses.
Needs Advanced Beginner Handler: Handler is comfortable around horses, knows basic horsemanship; starting to learn to work with more reactive horses. Horse shows consistent ground credentials; stands tied; forgiving to handler errors.
