Sally is a big beautiful mare who has a big personality. A long-time resident of THS, she has thrived as the lead mare of her small herd in one of our larger pastures. She is inconsistent with catching and standing for the vet and farrier, it just depends on how she’s feeling any given day!
Needs Intermediate Handler: Handler has experience working with reactive/nervous horses and has some problem-solving skills; has the knowledge and skill to de-escalate when a horse gets excited or scared; has some training skills and confidence using them.
