Voltaire came to THS through a NMLB facilitated owner surrender. He struggles with trust issues and is very wary of people in general. He is spending his days just being a horse with his small herd and is happy with that!
Needs Advanced Intermediate: Handler is extremely comfortable around horses, is proficient in training and is experienced with halter training horses. Horse has some halter training and leads and understands basic commands, not consistent; flighty; lack of self-regulation.
