Phoenix is a confident little girl with a big heart. Being more feral type, you have to earn her trust, but once that bond is created it will be solid. She has been always willing to try new things. Phoenix has been out on the trails by herself multiple times and seems to really enjoy herself. She also is learning a lot of flat work exercises. Phoenix will need an experienced rider at this time to continue her training.
Needs Advanced Intermediate Rider: Rider/handler is extremely comfortable around horses, is proficient in training and is experienced with unstarted/green horses. Horse is riding in snaffle, stands for saddle, basic steering/stopping/walk/trot/lope, relies on rider management (rein, leg, seat aids) to maintain speed/direction/cadence/posture, not consistent – some flightyness/bucking.
