11/08/24 Cappuccino has really warmed up to us. He has had some halter training and is more comfortable with people approaching and touching him. He will occasionally come to the fence to say hi when folks are standing there. He will continue halter and groundwork training to ensure he has a solid foundation.
Cappuccino came in with his dam, Chai, through NMLB as an estray. Though he is still a baby, he has shown that he prefers to be the boss in his herd. He is shy around people and hasn’t shown much interest in us. He will get some time to grow up a little before we start halter and groundwork training.
