Cleo arrived an a group of 10 horses that THS received through the NMLB after seizure/relinquishment procedures due to neglect. She has multiple front end problems. Her knees are swollen, maybe arthritic and her front feet are neglected and contracted or deformed. He is under evaluation by our veterinarian.
