We are looking forward to seeing you at our Auction & Luncheon Fundraiser. You will receive a receipt for your ticket purchase via email or mail from our office, but please be patient! You will not receive actual tickets, but your name and the name(s) of your guest(s) will be added to our guest list as paid. When you check in at the event, you will receive an assigned bidding number. Seating is not assigned, unless you have reserved a full table of 10.  

The auction takes place in an 8,000 square foot carpeted tent.

Doors open at 11am and there will be tours of the ranch available throughout the day. Lunch approximately will begin between 12 and 12.30pm and is catered by Restaurant Martin, The Ranch House and Rustica. Complimentary drinks are included.

All state mandates and regulations will be adhered to.
